If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your Stress & Anxiety Relief Crystal Singing Bowl™, simply return the bowl to us within 60 days of purchase.  We’ll issue you a full refund for the amount you paid us for 1) the bowl and 2) shipping - if you didn't use free shipping.

We believe in keeping the vibe around our business positive.  Our intention is for you to feel good about all of the interactions you've had with us.  We want to ensure you're satisfied and feel like you've been treated with fairness and respect.  That’s why, if you are unhappy with your bowl for any reason, we’ll gladly process a refund - no questions asked!

In order for us to issue a refund please:

1) Return your items to us within 60 days of purchase.  Be sure to send back the following:
            - Stress & Anxiety Relief Crystal Singing Bowl™
            - Mallet
            - O Ring
            - A copy of the packing slip that came with your order
              (so we know who to issue the credit to)

2) Mail the items back to:

    * Please note that you will have to incur the cost of shipping the items back to us.
    * We cannot accept CODs.
    * We will not be able to refund any customs charges or duties you may have incurred.

Once we receive your return and process it, we will refund your credit card the total price you paid us for 1) the bowl and 2) shipping - if you didn't use free shipping.  Unfortunately, we will be unable to process a refund if any of the items you are returning are damaged.  For this reason, please be sure to pack the bowl, mallet and O ring carefully and use a reputable shipper.
